Neurodiverse Family

Resources for individuals with unique brains and their families

Here you will find tools that Elle and the team have made, from visual schedules and coping strategies to self-care checklists and communication cards. We also have a variety of resources from around the internet (all of which have been approved by licensed therapists, neurodivergent adults and/or experienced parents of neurodivergent kiddos). We hope that these resources find you when you need them the most!

Have something specific in mind that you don’t see here? Like always, please let us know and we would gladly help! It takes a village, but we got this!

We’d love to see how you use these resources! Snap a photo and tag us at @ElleCreatesChaos!

Below you'll find a bunch of fantastic resources that are here to help when you need a little support.
